Store in fridge after received and consume within 6 months.

Cooking Instructions

1) Wash all the ingredients (except candied dates 蜜枣)

2) Add Max 1000ml of water

3) Bring to boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 30mins (Suggest for Double Boil Method)
