Ingredients

Ingredients:

Crème Brulee:

Sugar, Corn Starch, Dextrose Monohydrate, Carrageenan, Carob Bean Gum, Sodium Citrate, Turmeric, Salt, Flavour, Soy Lecithin.

Panna Cotta

Sugar, Corn Starch, Whole Egg Powder, Dextrose Monohydrate, Carrageenan, Carob Bean Gum, Sodium Citrate, Flavour.

Contains: Egg

* This product was produced in a facility that also process milk, eggs, tree nuts, wheat, peanut and soy.

Cooking Method

Crème Brulee

1) Add in 90g (whole pack) + 1500ml whipping cream, mix and
stir well, boil it.

2) Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stir constantly.

3) Pour into mold, chill in to the refrigerator for at least 3hours.

4) Yoohoo..Refreshing dessert is ready to serve.

 

Panna Cotta

1) Add in 90g (whole pack) + 400ml whipping cream + 400ml
fresh milk, mix, stir well & boil it.

2) Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stir constantly.

3) Pour into mold, chill in to the refrigerator for at least
3hours.

4) Yoohoo..Refreshing dessert is ready to serve.
