Dessert Premix Cooking Method

Cooking Instruction:

Crème Brulee

  1. Add in 90g (whole pack) + 1500ml whipping cream, mix and stir well, boil it.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stir constantly.
  3. Pour into mold, chill in to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  4. Yoohoo! Refreshing dessert is ready to serve.

 Panna Cotta

  1. Add in 90g (whole pack) + 400ml whipping cream + 400ml fresh milk. Mix, stir well & boil it.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stir constantly.
  3. Pour into mold, chill in to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  4. Yoohoo! Refreshing dessert is ready to serve.
